Exchange & Returns

We take great pride in the quality of our goods and services and, of course, want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. Before every package is shipped from our facility, it undergoes a meticulous inspection by our quality control team. If you happen to receive an item with any damage, please notify our Customer Service team immediately via complaints@styledbyvalentynoh.com so that we can resolve the issue promptly.

Please note that it is essential to carefully review all our policies, terms, and conditions before placing your order. This ensures compliance and helps us provide you with the best possible service.

ORDER/SIZING EXCHANGE
We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the primary goal of ensuring our customers’ happiness. All returns and exchanges are accepted only through our trusted partners, DHL & FedEx, within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.

We encourage all customers to be absolutely certain about their sizing before placing an order.

ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, with attached tags and in their original packaging, which must be undamaged and free from defects.

We cannot accept items that show obvious signs of wear, have been washed, or have not been properly cared for.

RETURNS
We exclusively accept returns shipped via DHL, UPS, and/or FedEx. You may return your packages through any of the mentioned carriers. Please be aware that the cost of returning a package is the sole responsibility of the customer. You have the option to request a return label from us, but please note that charges apply, determined by the weight of your package. Contact our complaints department for this option (Terms and conditions apply). Exchange requests can be made under the following conditions:

  1. An obviously defective item.
  2. Wrong sizing.
  3. A mix-up in your order.
  4. A sold-out item.

Exchanges will only be granted if ALL of the following conditions are met:

  • The hang tag and labels are intact as received.
  • No rips, cuts, or tears in the fabric.
  • No stains on the garment.

SALE ITEMS
Items on SALE cannot be exchanged or refunded. All sale/discounted items are final. Gift or promotional items during sales are at the sole discretion of the brand.

EXCHANGES (IF ELIGIBLE)
Items on SALE cannot be exchanged or refunded. For wrong sizing, items can only be exchanged for a store credit. You can reorder the same item or any other item of your choice using the store credit. Please refer to our Refunds Policy for more information. Refunds are only issued in the case of a sold-out item that hasn’t been processed or shipped. In this case, refund processing takes approximately 7 business days. Only regular priced items may be exchanged; unfortunately, sale items or promotional items (when a discount code is applied) cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Once your returned item is received and inspected by the relevant department, you will be electronically notified of the status of your exchange request, which typically takes between 2-5 business days from the day of returning the items to us.

Shipping Charges: Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping charges.

DOMESTIC
Returns or exchanges must be postmarked within 5-7 calendar days from the date of delivery, only via our logistics partner DHL.

INTERNATIONAL
Returns or exchanges must be postmarked within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery, only via our logistics partners DHL and/or FedEx.

OPENING PACKAGES
Please open your packages with care and do NOT use scissors to cut them open. We cannot accept the return of an item that was damaged while opening the package.

STARTING THE RETURN PROCESS
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipments and associated costs. You can either pay these upfront or have the cost of the return label deducted from the value of the store credit for the item purchased. To ensure a smooth return process, please follow these steps:

  1. Start a Return: Email complaints@styledbyvalentynoh.com using your order number as the subject. Ensure you use the same email used when placing your order for a seamless resolution.
  2. Get Your Return Ready: Place new and unused items in the original package. Do not combine multiple orders into one package, and do not separate a return for one order into multiple boxes, as this can cause delays and additional duty charges.

Our return window is 7 calendar days from delivery. In other words, you must initiate the return process within 7 calendar days from the delivery of your package. If you’ve received a delivery notification but are unable to receive your items within the return window, please contact orders@styledbyvalentynoh.com before the window expires to report your unavailability. You can request additional days, not less than 1 and not exceeding 7 additional days (Terms and Conditions apply).

To be eligible for a return, you must meet the eligibility requirements stated above in the Eligibility section.

EXCEPTIONS/ NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including accessories, hats, bodysuits, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products, e.g., perfumes). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please get in touch.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
