Returns for Store Credit
We do not offer cash refunds. Instead, we handle return requests on a case-by-case basis and provide store credit.
7-Day Return Window
You have 7 calendar days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- It must be in the same condition as when you received it.
- It should be unworn or unused.
- The item must have all original tags.
- It should be in its original packaging.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at complaints@styledbyvalentynoh.com.
If your return is accepted, you will receive instructions on how to proceed. We may provide you with a return shipping label (with applicable charges), or you can choose to ship the item back to us via your nearest DHL or FedEx location. Please note that we will not accept items sent back without a prior return request.

Damages and Issues
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. If you find that the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us right away. We will assess the issue and ensure that you receive the correct or new item.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including accessories, body suits, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (like perfumes). Additionally, we do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions about a specific item, please get in touch with us.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you desire is to return the original item, and once the return is approved, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Returns are only eligible for store credit. After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, you will receive store credit for the value of the returned items, minus any applicable shipping fees.
If you have already made payment and a product is sold out, you will be issued a store credit or refunded the full amount for the sold-out item to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
