General Shipping Policies

  • All orders will be processed and shipped within 7-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving payments. To clarify, your order will be shipped on or before the 10th business day.
  • Accurate shipping and delivery information is required to ensure timely receipt of merchandise.
  • Please be aware that orders may experience delays during the launch of a new collection, restocking of sold-out items, and/or during sale periods.
  • Styled by Valentynoh does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
  • You will receive the following notifications via your registered email from when your order is placed until you receive your purchase. Only four email notifications are sent out after a purchase has been made by a customer: 1: Order Confirmation Notification: Immediately after an order is placed. We advise checking your junk/spam folder if you don’t find the confirmation email in your inbox, or contact orders@styledbyvalentynoh.com if you haven’t received it. 2: Shipping Notification: Sent once an order has been shipped within the stipulated shipping timeframe of 7-10 working days. You will be notified if there is any delay in your order processing time. 3: Delivery Notification: Sent once an order has been received by the customer. 4: Follow-up Email: Regarding the purchase made. Note: Please contact us if you do not receive the confirmation email. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification with the shipping carrier and tracking number for international orders.

Domestic Shipping

  • We offer reduced shipping rates on all domestic orders.
  • We ship through DHL Express.
  • You will be notified via email of any delays in shipping. Please note that delays may occur during national holidays.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Receipt of returned merchandise is not guaranteed.
  • Please note that returns/exchanges can only be made via mail. Our facility will only receive items delivered through DHL Express.

In-Store Pickup

  • Pickup takes 5-7 business days. A representative will contact you once your item is ready for pickup.
  • Ensure to arrange for items to be picked up once contacted for pickup.
  • Pickup items will only be stored for 7 business days from when you are contacted. Daily charges of AED 25 will be applied after this time elapses.

International Shipping

  • All international orders are shipped via DHL Express and/or FedEx. We offer worldwide shipping to more than 191 countries and territories.
  • We are unable to redirect orders once they have shipped.
  • All applicable custom fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Styled by Valentynoh is not responsible for customs duties and taxes applied in the country of delivery.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • For international shipping, please carefully check and confirm your address and contact information.
  • In the event of a failed delivery, your order will be reshipped, and you will be charged another shipping fee.
  • Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package.
  • We are not responsible for loss or stolen packages once DHL or FedEx has marked your package as delivered.
  • By completing a purchase with us, you agree to our full shipping and delivery policy.
